Gin Yanma is an Assassian shapshooter who had planned on killing Fuji Alice after her fight with Kumo, until being called off by Suzume Bachi.
Appearance
While at first her appearance was unknown save for googles and a beanie, in chapter 67 her looks were revealed as a lean woman with long hair.

At the time Alice killed Kumo, Ginyanma was shown to be watching from a nearby building and taking aim at Alice. She argued that Alice could never belong in the Organization, but Suzumebachi told her to leave Alice alive since the Boss still had plans for her.
Ginyanma remarked she'd keep watching over Alice's movements, but tripped on a plot hole and only came back at the end of the series, where the Boss orders her to kill Suzumebachi after he loses a fight to Alice, since his death is required for Alice to take over his role. Alice, however, is infuriated by the Boss' proposal and deceitful nature. She once again refuses to join the Organization, so the Boss begrudgingly tells Ginyanma to shoot Alice.
To the surprise of all three, Suzumebachi's corpse leaps over Alice, shielding her from Ginyanma's bullet. Alice quickly notices the glint of Ginyanma's rifle in the distance and fires the Kumoito's blade over a 5 kilometers distance, piercing through Ginyanma's face and killing her instantly.
